Lydia Cota

Executive Director, Lydia Cota, recently made the move from the Sonoran Desert to the lush PNW.  With decades of experience leading technical and operational teams in government, she is well-versed in the intricacies of public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Her diverse educational background in IT, Management, and Analytics. She has also dedicated her time to humanitarian work, medical assistance, youth, STEM, cultural diversity, animal welfare, homeless, veterans, and environmental programs. She responded to a personal call to action assisting in Europe at a refugee facility. She is overjoyed to be part of a team of extraordinary professionals dedicated to delivering hope and compassion to those in crisis.

Beata Kowalczyk

As the Director of Operations and Projects, Beata Kowalzyk has proved her strengths and skills in many areas through her time with the organization having started as a volunteer performing a multitude of aspects including Logistics, Facilities and Operations. She quickly demonstrated her devotion to the mission of the organization and took on stronger roles in Project Management and Coordination. She has now taken on the extensive reigns of Managing the Operations of the organizations. We are proud to have Beata as part of our leadership team.

Gladys Mhlanga

As the Director of Technology, Gladys is a Technical and Analytical professional, who is experienced in public health development. She is a practitioner with 8 years’ experience in public health projects specifically data management, health systems strengthening, administration, pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain management, quantification, forecasting, supply planning, database management, data analysis and reporting. She has experience developing, refining, and improving health systems. She has worked on projects funded by the Global Fund, UN organizations and USAID with the goal of providing access to medicines and diagnostics. She holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies, BSc Honors Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Global Health Procurement and Supply Chain Management plus Google Project Management.

Nicole Elliott

Director, Critical and Emergency Response, Nicole Elliott, has been the center point of all activity. Nicole is a Washington native who moved to Ukraine long before the war. Her work has been providing humanitarian assistance to refugees from the first (2014) invasion, battered women and others who are vulnerable. In February 2022, she fled from Irpin, Ukraine (15 min from Bucha) to Suceava, Romania. There she continued helping other refugees and delivering humanitarian aid through Romania - on her own at first - then in conjunction with iMiracleProject.

Tamara Zenovych

Born and raised in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Outreach Program Director Tamara Zenovych made her move to the United States in 2017. Boasting over a decade of diverse experience in tech, spanning HR, project management (PM), and UX/UI design, she brings a wealth of knowledge to every endeavor. Tamara has honed a unique expertise in steering projects to success, launching nonprofits, and fortifying companies in their growth journey. Tamara actively cultivates social awareness in the US and channels her efforts into providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Through her multifaceted career and commitment to community welfare, Tamara continues to make a positive impact both professionally and personally.
